Model Simulation of Persistent Biocaccumulative Toxic Organic
and Inorganic pollutants
Developed a multi-phase exchange reactive transport model to simulate the fate and transport of organic and inorganic pollutants from contaminated streambed sediments and the biouptake of organic pollutants by benthic organisms. Applied processes like sorption/desorption, chemical precipitation, darcys law, advection/dispersion, among others.
